Founder of the CUSSAC law firm in 1985, Jean Joseph Cussac advises, assists and defends managers in all the cycles their companies go through. He is particularly involved in corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and restructuring. He has specific expertise in conflicts between partners.
Jean Joseph is appreciated for his global vision of cases and his fine perception of financial management.
He is President of the Reconnaissances association which manages, with a team of 120 employees, three establishments for 180 children, young people and adults with mental disabilities in the Allier, Yonne and Yvelines regions.
