After a first experience in house as a lawyer in corporate and stock exchange law at Alcatel-Lucent, Laurent started his career as a lawyer in a general business law firm, before joining another one more specialized into private equity and M&A transactions. Today, he mainly advises on corporate law issues (legal and tax structuring of groups, shareholders' agreements, fund raising, M&A transactions) and commercial contracts. With a background in accounting and management, Laurent has a good understanding of the financial, strategic and organizational issues faced by companies.
