Member of the firm since June 2022, Marie assists Gabrielle Odinot on all questions concerning intellectual and industrial property law : French and international trademark registration, opposition procedures, intangible assets portfolio’s audit in the context of business transfer and judicial litigation.
Theorical knowledge of intellectual property law, including updated evolutions of French and European legislation, as well as the mastering of administrative procedures in this regard are the main assets that helps Marie to carry out all the cases given to her.
